Level 0 – ECO

Suitable for road and maritime transport of light products such as pharmaceuticals, toilet paper, lighting products, etc.
Composition: 1 layer of polypropylene reinforced with woven nylon thread
Maximum inflation pressure: 0.2 bar (20 kPa / 3 PSI)

Level 1

Ideal for transporting glass bottles, paper products, drums, furniture, etc.
Composition: 2 layers of polypropylene reinforced with woven nylon thread
Maximum inflation pressure: 0.2 bar (20 kPa / 3 PSI)

Level 2

Designed for maritime containers and combined rail-road (piggyback) transport of glass, machinery, stone, etc.
Composition: 4 layers of polypropylene reinforced with woven nylon thread
Maximum inflation pressure: 0.28 bar (28 kPa / 4 PSI)

Levels 3 & 4

Composition: 6 layers of polypropylene reinforced with woven nylon thread
Maximum inflation pressure: 0.55 bar (55 kPa / 8 PSI)

Level 5

Specifically designed for maritime and rail transport of very heavy loads: paper reels, steel, stone blocks, construction materials, etc.
Composition: 8 layers of polypropylene reinforced with woven nylon thread
Maximum inflation pressure: 0.55 bar (55 kPa / 8 PSI)
